San Francisco – The San Francisco Italian Heritage Parade announces the Queen Isabella and her Court for the upcoming 2017 parade on October 8, 2017 in San Francisco.

Caroline Cirelli-Castaneda has been named Queen Isabella for this years parade in October. This year marks her fifth year on the Queen’s court. She recently graduated from Sacred Heart Cathedral Preparatory and will begin studying Biology at Sonoma State in the fall. She gives back through volunteering at the San Francisco Zoo. Her family originally came to the United States from the Calabria region of Italy.

Maria Francesca Azzolino joins the court for her third year as the Princess on the Court. Her ties to North Beach are strong as she spent a significant amount of time working with her family at Colosseo and Mona Lisa. She is a first generation American and graduate of Mercy High School.

Kelly Rosanelli joins the court for her second year as the First Duchess. She is currently a student at Convent of the Sacred Heart and is heavily involved in the community as a volunteer at the San Francisco Italian Athletic Club, the National Charity League and Re-Member, Service on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South Dakota.

Annalisa Fiatarone joins the court for the first time as Second Duchess. She is a graduate of the University of Arizona and has done lots of volunteering with the poor in Jamaica and Mexico. She is the second generation from her family to participate in the court. Her mother was Queen Isabella in 1975

Bella Lalanne will serve as First Contessa and Alyssa Antipa joins as the Second Contessa. Gianinna Lalanne joins this year’s court as the First Lady and Eva Giordano will serve as the Second Lady. Nina Rivera and Zita Solari will be Crown Bearers and Enzo Solari will represent the Scroll Bearer on this year’s court.

The Italian Heritage Parade is a fun filled parade that gets better every year. Participants from all over the Bay Area march in the parade with pride. The parade has become a marquee event during the last day of the annual Fleet Week event honoring the United State Armed Forces.
